Day Cruises / Sailing Charters on Rarotonga
On Rarotonga, glass bottom boat cruises depart from Muri Beach to Koromiri Island for a four hour tour of the lagoon including snorkelling. A semi-submersible cruise from Avatiu Harbour is also available to explore the outer reef. There are two sailing tours on Rarotonga - The Silent Lady is a grand old schooner based near Muri for charter and South Pacific Sailing Tours offers 2-hour day or night sailing trip from Avarua. There are no sailing charters to or around the other islands.

Day Cruises / Sailing Charters on Aitutaki
The stunning Lagoon of Aitutaki makes the perfect day cruise destination. There are five day cruise companies departing from the main island to explore the uninhabited motu surrounding the fringing reef. These are the most spectacular day tours in the Cook Islands, if not the entire South Pacific, with snorkelling, beach strolls and BBQ lunches.
